The app becomes unusable when enabling Face ID. The logg in page keeps loading in a loop. Quitting the application don’t fix the issue. The app need to be deleted and re-downloaded. Every time you do this you need to call the call center to pass security. Please fix !

Utterly ridiculous policy, if you don’t log in often into digital banking be prepared to be locked out regularly, already happened to me TWICE. Better login every once a while or enjoy waiting a long while waiting for someone to fix it from their understaffed support team, had one even hang up on me … amazing!

The bank claims that an account can be opened in 5 minutes, however, upon entering all my details, they made me wait 2 hours to review my information & now I get a message saying I have to visit the nearest branch! If this was the case, then why claim it takes 5 minutes when clearly it’s a long nuisance.
