Allow arbitrary precision for graphs

Currently, in the graph mode (which is very nice and allows you to see the many things it measures with respect to time, but only exists in landscape mode), upon zooming out too far in the x axis, its sampling frequency reduces, with no way to change it to see finer oscillations simultaneously across great ranges of time. The app is otherwise quite good, except for the lack of a dark mode and the weather pane, that expands upon pressing it, losing your place in the horizontal scrolling and returning you to the leftmost point.
However, do not let this alone dissuade you from using Netatmo's products, they're quite good and the app interface is still very useful.

Dissatisfied existing user

Netatmo’s app is disappointing to be polite. Features that can be adjusted by users don’t appear anymore in a logical way since the last major update. I’ve programmed specific names for each sensor but I can’t see those names anymore against each measurement only on the title which is confusing. Netatmo needs to respect that people may use their devices in ways that they find useful themselves and allow full flexibility to customise. For example I use the ‘outdoor’ sensor as my upstairs sensor, but Netatmo seems to believe in the execution of its app and layout that this could never be possible so my customisations can never appear logically. I’ve ended up having to use third party apps where they understand Netatmo’s errors and have changed the layout. Please please Netatmo, allow and program for real customisation and respect that people will find their own uses which might not be what you expected. I have 4 sensors, inside, upstairs, garage, outdoor. The temp gets as low as minus 25c so I’m trying to protect against freezing on my holiday house but your app could do with serious improvements to help with that.

Needs better Diagnostics when an error occurs

We’ve been reasonably please with the product especially with linking it into our smart home until our router died requiring a replacement. The new one provided a different SSID and password which meant the product had to be reconfigured. This process consistently failed with insufficient diagnostic information to help the customer. It turns out that somehow the product did get configured and is now working. I have asked for the original problem to be addressed and will update this review to 5 stars when I get confirmation that the issue has been addressed.
23 Sept 22: “Thank you for sharing your feedback ….. will take it into account” is a small step in the right direction but is not confirmation that the issue has been addressed. Pushed it to 3 stars and await confirmation the problem has been fixed.
