Proved to be a good communication app during the pandemic
Comment: A few features which were very useful over all the other numerous amazing features of the app are
1. One-One call feature- I liked this features because it communicates correct data, that is the missed call is never shown unless the callee receives the ring. This wasn’t the case for the apps I used earlier.
2. I do not have to save any of the users of my org to my contacts list I can directly communicate with the contacts listed in the app.
3. The finger print login is a cool feature to have.
4. Another feature where I can create teams helps me group people and send related data in a single place
5. Another amazing feature for all kind of calls is that they provide the network status of the other callees this helps me understand whether the network issues are from my side or the other participants.
6. The RSVP status in meetings is a very helpful feature. This helps in selection of only contacts who have accepted to attend the meeting and does not disturb other users of the group.
Even though I just started using the app during the pandemic I will surely continue using the same.
All my needs wrapped in a single app
I started using this app during the pandemic when I had deliver my work from home.
A very helpful feature for me was the screen share feature. I could easily demonstrate my work or help my colleagues with their doubts
Another feature I liked was the way I could add people to the group call on the go. I also like the way the call status are shown for every user
Also limiting the kind and size of data to be sent is another helpful feature as it restricts the users from sending unnecessary data
The RSVP status for meetings and then using the same to initiate the call also works good for me as I do not need to scroll through the list before I make a call. Depending on the RSVP status the call is placed only to people who have accepted to be in the meeting

Best app to communicate with office colleagues
The most amazing thing about the app is that it provides multidevice support and unlike other communication apps all features are available on all platforms web, desktop and mobile clients.
The availability of network status of the participant while on call helps to identify where the issue lies his own network or the other callee.
Marking users as favorite has helped me quickly access important contacts.
Group Calls and video calls are very clear and the best I’ve used till now. The call status is properly propagated
The tips helped me understand how to use each feature clearly. Overall a very good app if you are frequently using calls and messages to communicate with your colleagues
