Really helpful app and being able to track usage of the spray via an NFC tag is handy. The issue I have is that when I tap and don’t immediately click on the notification to log the use, it will not log the actual time I scanned it, and instead log the time I clicked the notification, which could be like an hour or so after the last use. I think this would be a really useful bug fix as it will mean people can more effortlessly track how much they use the spray.

thank you for your very helpful review and insights on the use of the NFC tap. The consequences of not acknowledging the notification is not something that we had fully realised up until your review. Unfortunately, we cannot force the notification to increment the NRT use in the app, as the Apple iOS operating system first requires the NFC notification to be opened. We are looking into how we could handle this better and we hope to come up with an alternative solution, once agreed with Medical and Regs partners.In the meanwhile - we wish you the very best of success!

Nice app, useful and helps to decrease nrt. No option to do in settings your own pace. E.g. nrt goes down from 15 to 10 then next step 5. Would have been very useful to have an option to adjust and put your own pace e.g 10, 9 etc and put over how many weeks you want to taper it down. This should be simple but will make so much useful.

The app has stopped working properly

It is a great app. It’s helped in my journey to quit vaping. However, after a month of using it the feature that allows me to swipe my QuickMist over my phone to record a spray has stopped working. There is also a bug in the app where it shows the wrong day of the month.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the app showing the wrong day of the month - perhaps you previously started a quit journey goal? When the 7 day goal time has finished, the app will pause on the last day of the goal, to allow you to add any missed tracking data to the goal days, or allow you to restart the goal or complete the goal and move on.The NFC can be tricky on an Apple iPhone. Hold the mouthspray to the back of your phone and slowly move it around, to find the phone's NFC antenna ( typically located near the top, back edge, close to the camera lens ). Wishing you lots of success on your quit journey!

App seems really good, however if you’ve already quit, I am currentlyOn day 7, it doesn’t allow you to add these which isn’t reflected in the day free goals.

Please go to the Track your usage / Confirm your usage screen, which can be found by clicking either on a day of the journey ( the numbers ) at the top of the Homescreen or by clicking on the Save / Confirm prompt in the "Track usage" view on the Homescreen. At the top of the "Track your usage" screen, where it may display the current date, use the left chevron/arrow to tap back to a previous date and select Confirm to confirm your usage for each past date. The app will use confirmed use to calculate any vape-free / smoke-free days. You may find it more convenient to click into "my quit journey" app shortcut, to select and confirm past dates using the calendar view.Please contact our support team if you require further support. And we wish you lots of success on your quit journey to become completely nicotine-free.
