Life Changing App

I’d never run before N2R & was not into any sports. I’d never even been to a gym until last year! But, it was a desire to get fitter at the age of 53 that saw me begin N2R. I worked through all the running plans, graduating with a 10k charity run. The app is accompanied with strength & conditioning exercise - it’s so important to build up various muscle groups to mitigate the risk of injury. The N2R app is well designed, easy to follow & the underlying running program will take absolute beginners of any age or ability to go from not running, to being able to run for 25 minutes. N2R has been a life changing app for me & I’ve gone on to run longer & longer distances. I cannot recommend this app enough.

N2R improves your life!

None to Run is just what this 64 year old 19 stone man needed to start running. I’m starting week five next and to my great joy I have able to stick with it. The phrase the N2R uses is “consistency takes you through when motivation is lacking”. N2R will have prepared me to achieve the longer running times as scheduled. I can always do last week’s again before progressing to longer runs. N2R measures, guides, encourages and records my running and I’m in control. Syncs with your music too! N2R

As a complete novice I decided to try running during lockdown. After researching a number of available apps, some of which are free, I decided to purchase N2R as I felt it was starting at a complete non runners level and built up really gradually. I have been delighted with my progress over the last 30 weeks and can now run 5k slowly but comfortably. The package includes exercises and lots of advice and support as well. I will be using this for a long time yet as I progress towards 10k. Excellent app, well worth paying for if you want to go beyond just being able to run for 25 mins.
