No sound. Any fix?
The camera is perfect. Works well and gives good picture, but recently there is no sound in the app. Even if you enable the option (the little blue speaker) there is no sound captured by the camera. The microphone works, because if you press the little mic in the app, the camera itself can produce sound, but not capture it. Unfortunately quite important especially when the kid is crying and is belly down. Sometimes is hard to understand if its just rolling around or crying.
Any idea how we can fix it?

Brilliant camera
I’ve had my camera now for about 2 years or more I bought it to keep an eye on my 2 chihuahuas while I was at work. It’s great I can talk to them through the camera too. For a few pound a month I have playback so if there is any motion my camera records it so I can watch it when it suits me. The night vision is brilliant too. I really can’t fault anything especially the price. It runs off the mains so just plug it in and your ready to go. It could be used for anything put it into your child’s room as you can move the camera angle and zoom in all from your phone all you need to do is download the Nooie app. Thanks Nooie.
Great product and even better customer service
I brought this camera as a second baby camera and it was absolutely bargain. I am easily able to take it to and from my house and parents. I’ve had it for over 2 years now. Camera quality is fantastic both day and night mode and the best is that it’s 360. U can move easily. My wife recently stopped working and I contacted Nooie via email and with the great help and customer service they are sending me out a new wire. Quick and prompt replies.
