Spot On

I have been using Nozbe for 18 months and it just keeps getting better and better. Excellent integration with Evernote and the ability to share tasks easily amongst a small team have been the main features that brought me to Nozbe. Moreover, a common interface across all devices and a simple UI means that the application of GTD is excellent. The software does not do sub tasks (get a project management app if you want that) in order to keep the approach simple. Project labels and contexts provide great flexibility to filter and sort. The Google Calendar integration with iCal works well so that I can track my tasks easily. Yes you have to pay if you want to move above the basic level but this is beneficial given the pace of improvements and development. The next major version looks like it will be awesome. I could not be as productive as I am (at home and work) if I did not have Nozbe.

Clean and Intuitive

I've worked my way for a few, but each one I find myself comparing it to Nozbe and none of them take the lead. I use it as a single user, and the template feature for new projects, as well as being able to attach files to tasks are the stand out features.

It's a pleasure to use as the interface is clean and tidy across all devices. Would happily recommend to others.

I love almost everything about this app

But one thing really bugs me as a small business owner is this:

It’s not that easy to keep up with tasks that others complete, you can receive an email to update you either every hour (way too much) or once a day (not enough) to find completed tasks you then need to go through every comment, moved date etc.

The only other way is to click into each individual project which is time consuming.

A solution for this could be the productivity reports, unfortunately to get this weeks you have to be a business subscriber with 10 employees. I like Nozbe as a company generally but it does bug me that just because a company has less employees they get access to a lesser product.

It seems to me to be against the productivity ethos of a company like Nozbe that has grown from a one man band.
