Description

NSP’s Mobile Access, using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) allows doors to be opened with a smartphone, potentially removing the need for a card or fob.
NSP’s Mobile Access securely issues, revokes the access rights you grant your users, and the access can be delegated across NSP range of RFID control readers throughout your accommodation facility or commercial premises in the same way a traditional Access Control System would be managed.
The NSP App will collect data from each Electronic Lockset that logs each ‘event’ from each door, which is transmitted from the User’s phone to the server – safely and securely updating the controlling PC in real time.
The NSP Mobile Access System is controlled by each user / Resident via the NSP Mobile App (Application) which is user friendly, intuitive, and can be incorporated in to an existing App if where required.

Not a registered mobile phone

Was working fine until changes in the building meant app didn’t see new lock devices. Tried logging out of app and back in but didn’t fix problem. So deleted app and reinstalled and now get the ‘not a registered mobile phone’ error when trying to log on. Can perform a successful password reset but still get this error. Building staff have sent new SMS to phone but this didn’t fix it. Building staff don’t know how to fix it and NSP don’t respond to email so completely stuck!!!

this doesn't work atall ,

Very buggy

1. Sometimes servers go down, so the app couldn’t log in at all.
2. It could take up to 10 sec to open a door. Slower than a physical key lock.
3. It shows a weird error message when I am trying to log in with my new phone. “ Not a registered mobile phone”. Checked their website, couldn’t find any solution. So I can’t use the app anymore?

Good concept but there are a few bugs

Good concept. One annoying thing that other people from my building also complained about is the app will randomly log you out. So if you are in a room with no signal and no wifi then you’re pretty much stuck.

Would be brilliant if you could edit the names of keys. My building has a poor naming convention and really needs the ability to personalise this.
