Don’t read the negative reviews.

This app is used for the nuband health watches and it does everything it says. It tracks your sleep and steps. Personally I don’t agree with the other reviews as apparently when u stay still it tracks your steps and keeps on going up, but for me even if you shake it it doesn’t count.

My only negative point is that to see your sleep you have to go on the app then clear the app out of your recents then open it again. That is the same with checking you steps but you can see how many calories, steps, and how far you’ve walked in total on the watch itself.
