WARNING! SCAMMING PEOPLE!
DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! So last night I ordered my taxi through this app Oakwell & Rex Taxis as you can pay on it by your card the taxi man supposedly called Javid Ali picked me up I was on my own! I then got home and he said that the card payment didn’t get accepted and that I had to pay cash so me been me having too much trust in people I paid cash! To then check my bank account this morning to see the card payment did go through, so then I rang oakwell taxis and they said Javid said he didn’t take no cash from me ... and that there’s no proof of me paying cash so they can’t refund me! Honestly lost trust in people! Never will I ever order a taxi from here, obviously taken advantage of the fact I was on my own! Warning everyone not to use this app not to trust these taxi men as they are scamming people threw this app and the help line for them are zero help at all!! I’m one in hundreds of people this has been done to!
Disappointing
Not quite sure what’s going on but I can honestly say after years of my custom I won’t be using this app or your services again. The app lies about waiting time and in fact sometimes the cat just disappears. I couldn’t use the app this afternoon (for what ever your reasons are) and after waiting 8 mins in cue to be answered I was told the waiting time is an hour and yet they prices have gone up in the afternoon?? For what? To be told I have to wait an hour?
I actually never know when to book a taxi anymore with you guys. It’s a sad state of affairs because your company WAS by far the best and you’ve now just really let yourselves down 😞
