BRILLIANT

This app is amazing, so easy to navigate even for a technophobe like me. Losing weight, getting stronger, changing shape and improved mental health which is just what I needed after a few pounds piling on over the last couple of years. I’m not a gym fan so I use the at home option and it’s tough but so worthwhile. First time for me doing anything like this and I’ve just completed my first 16 wks and away to book in for another 16. I would strongly recommend it … having the accountability is key to help you stick with it and Joe is only a text away if you have a question. 👍🏻

Not great outside the US. Lack of client autonomy

- Outside of the US the food tracker isn’t helpful and can’t find a lot of UK foods, so it’s basically useless. I’m having to snap shot my meal macros from MFP and upload each one. The photo option then doesn’t upload a full screen (it only captures the middle part of the photo) - so I have to crop each photo to ensure it will show in app. 2-weeks into a 6-month programme and I’m already getting tracking fatigue and isn’t sustainable for me.
- There is no scope for the client to change what day they want to work out on without asking their trainer to do it for them. So today I am scheduled to gym on Christmas Day (gym closed) and all my workouts for the week will be out of sync. I’d much rather have some autonomy on scheduling my own diary to suit my weekly diary.
- I keep getting multiple entries showing up and I can’t delete anything. So today I’m being asked to enter / complete my body weight 3 times
- I find the pie charts demoralising as it will forever more show me what I have missed and not completed. I’ll never attain 100% now - and have a lovely visual to make sure I don’t forget it!

Admittedly I have some OCD tendencies lol - but things like this drive me crazy!!!

I’m using an I-phone 13. Not sure if some of the above are specific to I-phone compatibility or just the general app design.

It’s all done for you!

I have been doing this for a few weeks and it is brilliant. On a weekly basis I get an email informing me of what is coming up. There are easy to follow instructional videos for every exercise which are laid out in an easy to use format. I am now doing exercises correctly without a need of a personal trainer. I can input my food and training diary in or just check in to show I have completed the daily workout. Probably one of the best fitness apps I have found in years of messing about with my training. Great app which leaves me looking forward to what the next week will bring...
