Crushing when opened
App doesn’t work, it doesn’t open anymore
Frustrating
Purchased a smart watch from Yamay (interestingly the smart watch I’ve purchased doesn’t show on their support links or developer website) in order to use the watch you need to download this app, which then fails to log any tracking data such as steps, heart rate etc etc and seemingly needs to syncronise every time you want to change a watch face, or any of the other settings.
No clear instructions on how to resolve any of these issues other than turn the device off and on again, or turn the Bluetooth off and on again. Which doesn’t work.
Avoid.
Watch is amazing - App is so frustrating
The watch itself is so easy to use, lovely design but the app is so frustrating. Won’t let me change the alarm time from 1am!
Won’t let me sync any data from the watch to the app and most frustratingly won’t load any data to my IOS health app.
Please for the love of god correct these issues.
