Can’t top up
Since the update, the app crashes randomly. I am unable to make bill payments or too up when I’m out and about. I used to be able to use the app seamlessly before but recently very glitchy and inaccessible!
You are not honest
When I agreed with them to install the home broadband, we I agreed on a 25% discount on the 365 QAR offer, that is 274 QAR for 5 months. Hi have received two bills now and both of them are only 20% discount. When I contacted them after first bill, they said they confused me and then they said next bill the 25% discount will be applied. The next bill came again with only 20% discount, as 292 QAR. And again today they were swearing that next bill will be only 274 QAR. I believe they are totally not honest.

Dishonest data provider
I came to Doha for work and I have subscribed to a 19GB package on the 2nd of January. Today, the 12th, only ten days later and I have no more data. I have no social media activity and I’m most of the day connected to the hotel’s wifi. How can 19GB disappear in 10 days??? In the UK I have a 8GB package which lasts for a full month and with a much higher data usage than here in Doha (GPS, Zoom calls, etc.).
It’s technically not possible for 19GB to drain in 10 days with the minimal usage I’m doing.
