The app we ALL need
This app is stunning. There is no doubt about it. It’s colours and photos make you feel instantly happy. The on demand service is brilliant, I can now practice yoga, meditation and breath work at any point in my day. It allows me to have some time to myself in a morning and calm down before approaching some serious work. Friends have loved the fact we can now do on demand classes together and invite each other remotely to join the same class. We keep our community and our practice. The live classes are the best and this app sends reminders of the classes you’ve booked and let’s you log in immediately to the class. It has been a wonderful part of my organisation with my calendar of classes on the application. I am thrilled that they keep updating the on demand classes so there is always a huge choice of classes to do! The must have app and the must have subscription. A gift of mindfulness to yourself!
Best yoga / wellness app
I love Open, and I love this app! Since it’s creation it’s continued to provide so much amazing and beautiful content. It’s so user friendly, has unlimited access to on-demand meditation, yoga, stretch, pilates, hiit, as well as live streaming classes you can tune into. If I don’t have my laptop I still love using my phone to jump into a live class or do a pre-recorded class while I’m travelling and it’s seamless, the picture is so clear and the sound is perfect. I’ve recommended it to so many people and don’t know what I did before Open!
Beautiful app
I’m currently enjoying a free trial but I will probably stay subscribed annually at the end of it, this is the only meditation/health app that I’ve wanted to consistently use and have been excited to use everyday. It’s aesthetically pleasing, the teachers are great and there’s a good variety of classes. My only issue is that classes can’t be downloaded (or I haven’t figured out how to download?). This means I can’t use it when visiting my parents in the countryside for the weekend, for a midday reset at work, to wake up on my commute to work or chill out on my way home as all of these locations have spotty internet access at best - not to mention these are the situations when I feel I need this app the most! This really limits where I can use it to my home, where I seem to barely spend any time, and I feel quite restricted by that, it’s definitely something I have to take into consideration when deciding to keep my subscription.
