Oh no zero star
Just unpacked my B25 after a successful use of S20.
I don't understand why company moved for a confusing option. I could never add the new B25 to this app. Total waste of time
(Update-i give 4 stars for a moment, it took 4 days to add the b25, once worked its woking flawless now, even better than wiwo. Not really anyones fault, home automation technology is at first stage.
Brilliant then not.
Have had these plugs for some time... worked really well in the beginning, in the last year they have been a pain in my back side, losing connections , not setting up, unable to add family members.. just ridiculous... sort out the App for crying out loud.. Update: added extra star as Support has replied to my emails and doing a lot to resolve my issues asking for me to do several things and update them, they are now looking a special files held on the app with regards to my issues. I am now waiting patiently as it’s only been 1 day.. update to come..
Totally worthless, stay away until fixed.
I have been trying to add a Magic Cube device for the last week and have wasted hours of my time trying to get this to work. It will very occasionally succeed but then will delete the device from the app by itself (usually immediately but occasionally after an hour or so of functioning well). There are also issues with family sharing between phones and sometimes even logging in to the servers. This means the product is totally worthless and a complete waste of money - stay away until they release stable software for these products!!
