Amazing camera, always put my mind at ease

I use this camera in my hamsters cage, its especially good for a pet cam as you can listen to what your pet is doing and you can have a look back at the footage to see what your pet has been up to and of they do escape then you can see when they escaped and which direction they went in which I love, I get really bad anxiety when it comes to where my hamster is and if she was awake at night to this always put my mind at ease! xx

Not bad buy with some quirks

I have 6 cameras in total, the app is intuitive and setup is easy the problem is I'm getting “session has expired log out” problem, like multiple times a day, also they finally have deployed multi device view but you cannot arrange the camera order neither from the main screen neither from the multi view screen, if you try to slide to next screen the camera stay black as well. The only option is to have second device but then the problem with session expiration is getting even worst. Edit the time outs are when you are using 2 devices log in into 1 account so if you have more than 4 camera spread them into 2 accounts rather than 1 account on two devices.

Outdoor camera

Bought the camera back in May 22. At first had a problem recording. I contacted customer service by email who replied promptly. I ended up changing the SD card and since then no problems recording. The videos are very clear. It would be better if two phones could have full access to the app. I’ve not been able to get on as a guest, keep getting error message but I’ve turned notifications off as they do go off a lot especially if it’s windy or raining. However I think the camera is good value for money and I’ve found the customer service excellent. ( I did do a review a few days ago but forgot to click the stars so done another).
