Oticon ConnectLine 4+

For no reason I can work out one or other of my hearing aids loses the signal if I move my head, sometimes just moving my head Icm causes one hearing aid to lose the signal when I am listening to music via Bluetooth.I have tried swapping the long loop for the short one but it still happens frequently. My NHS audiologist has no idea why it happens either. Also twice the streamer has detached itself from one side of the the loop so the streamer falls off. On the first occasion I found it in Lost Property on the campsite. On the second occasion I felt it falling through my clothing.

I have used this for a couple of months now.
It works but it's difficult to figure out how it's supposed to work.
My phone is paired to my car. When a call comes in, it can and usually does come in through the car but quite often it switches to my hearing aids without notice. It's easier to just turn it off in the car.
Sometimes it cuts into my aids for no apparent reason.
On the whole though I would rather use it than not use it so it is good.

I mostly use the app for checking streamer battery level and for that it’s very useful. I should use the T coil switch on the app more as I find it fiddly to find on my hearing aids.
(Nothing to do with the app - but I found all connectivity issues disappeared when I purchased Power One Wireless Approved batteries rather than the NHS ones).
