The app allows you to find a vehicle easily near you, to follow up your requests, increase reactivity thanks to notifications, and contact the owner directly through the chat.

Renting out your car on OuiCar can make you up to 600€/month. The AXA insurance protects you in case of theft, accident and breakdown.
All is planned : in case of fine during rental, the renter is held responsible, you are informed as soon as you receive a new request and you can answer quickly without ever missing a rental.
The app includes as well the management of your ad and more particularly the update of your availabilities.

Super app!
I rarely rate apps but I’m really impressed with this one. So easy to use and the layout is very clear 👍👍👍
Won’t refund money when rentals go wrong
Ouicar took my money for a rental that never happened (renter refused when I turned up as I had a UK license, even though I sent my license to them ahead of time).
They refused to refund me telling me I needed to contact Ouicar, so I emailed them immediately.
Ouicar responded and promised a refund. A week later they had not refunded the money or released the deposit back to me.
They then said I wouldn’t get a refund and the deposit was released (I can see in my bank account this is a lie and the bank confirms).
So I’m missing over €500 and they just don’t care. Emails now just get a repeated response. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any company, especially involving a large sum of money.
I don’t know what to say really, you read about this sort of stuff happening, but it’s still shocking when a company does it to you.
Refund
Few weeks ago I made a booking for a car which broke down a day after. I had to book another car and I have been refund less the the half of the booking for using 1 day instead of 7.
I have send a mail to OuiCar which only reply « we have processed the refund already » so no way to discuss the refund which is totally unfair as the break down was to my fault.
