I'm giving the OUNO App a one-star rating due to its misleading pricing and poor customer service. The app promised a flat rate for a taxi service, but I ended up being charged an exorbitant waiting fee that was never mentioned during booking or when I called to clarify service. Efforts to resolve this with their customer service were futile, as they were unresponsive and unhelpful when finally reached.This experience was both frustrating and costly, and the lack of transparency within the app is unacceptable. I advise others to be wary of using this service, I will not use Ouno again and have disputed the charges as they breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with a lack of transparency, misleading information and unfair terms.

It is so nice to finally have a car service that is reliable, clean, professional and safe every single ride. There is no guessing what type of driver or car will turn up like other apps.
