P&O Ferries Group Scan

ID scanning for faster travel

Free

Use the P&O Group Scan app for a faster check-in. Currently available for the Dover-Calais route in both English and French. The P&O group Scan app is designed for coach travel on P&O Ferries. The app enables the designated person – coach driver, tour operator or group booking leader – to scan and submit the passport data for a specific booking prior to arrival at the port, which reduces time at check-in. The app is simple, quick and easy to use – just follow the instructions in the app which will walk you through the short process from start to finish: 1. Simply enter your booking details to get started 2. Enter the one-time passcode for security 3. Enter your vehicle registration number 4. Start scanning the passports – any ID card or passport that can’t be scanned can be entered manually. The on-screen counter will show how many passengers you have booked and how many passports you have scanned 5. Review the summary list of documents entered 6. Submit the data
