Every time I travel in the le shuttle I’m at amazed by how lack of investment continues year after year The toilets are mostly out of order and you are advised to use them in the terminal!!! The reason people use the train and not the ferry is because it’s quicker not to park up and use the facilities!!! Flexiplus costs a fortune but the catering is cheap They have gone from a loverly rustic baguette to boxed sandwiches the like you would expect to find in a school canteen. The two coffee machines on the French side are mostly out of order so as you can imagine I am not impressed after paying £550 for a 5 day return and finding the food room closed and only the toilet part open with broken coffee machines and a few bags of crisps on offer. Come on LeShuttle management shape up stop trying to over charge and under serve this was built with tax payers money as a fast link between England and the continent not to make share holders bumper profits

LeS App is easy to use to book edit change and update your passenger info for each trip you want to make going back and forth from Folkestone to Calais and vice versa… you also can get live updates on boarding and travel to Folkestone/Calais You can view and even prebook your duty free items for collection to the basics of travel information and guides to Europe to wherever you may be travelling too. Today I’ve had to change my return ticket for the second time due to unexpected circumstances that resulted in hospitalisation and the recovery time is taking much longer than expected. But this will not hinder me from travelling again and using LeShuttle/App for booking a fast and safer way to travel.

Tried using the app earlier today to edit my booking and all functionality has been removed!! This app version is 3 days old -I also need to make new bookings and all the standard screens have been removed - and it logs me out of the app instead! I am using latest version! I checked the App Store. Also Powered on and off and all the standard stuff and the problem remains! Do you guys test before releasing?!***update*** I have since got the app to work. I had to uninstall the app and the do a full reinstall .. for info this was for an iPhone 13pro

Worked for a while but I use it maybe 3 times a year and every time I’ve needed itthe app is out of date and cant retrieve the information. Just goes to a blank white screen. Having to Update the app at the crucial moment is inconvenient and hasn’t worked the last couple of times. I’ve been advised to uninstall and reinstall which I have done but dont have my password with me so can’t use it anyway. Back to the email confirmation I guess ….. so whats the point of the app! Can Eurotunnel pls design an app that works
