Please can you confirm, if you have any idea when your system is up and running again. I only had your app for 2 days. Can I download Insite gold app instead, we need are security because we are a way from home a lot, sorry can’t give you any stars for 2 days of service

Not user friendly
Sadly this new verision of the app has been a complete failure. The load times are slow, and the dashboard is hard to navigate. All colours have been removed, making it difficult to differentiate between the icons. The previous version was much better.
Rubbish
Total rubbish, just like Insite Gold, the whole system is rubbish
