Editors' Choice - Mac App Store, The Best Package Tracking App - The New York Times, Wirecutter

If you are looking for an app to track deliveries on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch - Parcel is the best choice for you.

With this application you can promptly access tracking information for 300 delivery services, including Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, Evri (Hermes), Interlink Express, DHL Parcel UK, Yodel, Deutsche Post, Amazon Logistics, TNT, UPS, USPS, FedEx and many other carriers. Full list of supported carriers is available at:

With our unique carrier recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, you can use a barcode scanner which is available right in the app.

Amazon integration in Parcel allows you to get your packages added automatically from your Amazon account. Once an order is shipped, it will appear in Parcel. This is done in a secure and privacy-friendly way with your credentials never leaving the device.

You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access ( - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store.

Parcel utilizes the power of iOS to provide you the best possible user experience. You can use its widgets to see your upcoming deliveries and the share extension to add a new delivery directly from any other app.

Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings).

Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. Current price for the premium subscription is £4.49 per year, and may vary from country to country. Parcel's privacy policy, as well as subscription terms are available at

What’s New

Version 7.6.9

Improved Siri support on Apple Watch. You can ask Siri "Track package [delivery name]" to track a package. To use that on Apple Watch, you will need to have the app watch installed and refreshed with latest data (meaning that it has to be refreshing periodically in background as well).

📦Parcel perfect -𝚍𝚘𝚎𝚜 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚒𝚝 𝚜𝚊𝚢𝚜 𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚝𝚒𝚗

I have been using this app for a a long time and it is absolutely great. Great value! MANY TIMES Quicker than logging into the carriers site entering the tracking number every time for each parcel. Often better information is available through Parcel App than the couriers own site. This includes faster notification times and updates Well I don't need to worry any more! Now in a few seconds, I just scan it check it has automatically detected the right carrier, add a description and done. Each time the carrier updates the tracking an instant notification is there on your phone. I sometimes know when the parcel has arrived before the post room has even realised it is there. Don't worry that it will wake you in the middle of the night as you can set it not to. I only wish some of the carriers would update their service to include a little more information! Worth the download! All major couriers and carriers are supported and more are constantly added.

Excellent app for iPad, iPhone and Watch

Have used this app for a few years now and have it installed on my
iPad, iPhone and Watch.

As someone who has quite a lot of deliveries both sent and received via tracked mail, either within the UK or internationally, I find having one simple app to keep track of everything, no matter which postal service used, fantastic.

Push notification updates are a real plus too.

Really useful for an incoming delivery from abroad when I don't know in advance what day delivery might be attempted. Parcel will alert me (depending on the carrier) often long before the dispatch agent does.

Dec 2017 update:
Royal Mail have apparently added functionality to their track & trace service which now prevents this and other 3rd Party apps from accessing tracking info. This is a massive shame as I predominantly use Royal Mail services when I am sending items myself. Of course many companies I buy from use competing providers so I can still track those coming to me but the lack of Royal Mail functionality, no fault of this app, is a major blow. I would strongly recommend app developers try and speak with Royal Mail to see if they can be formally licensed and restore functionality to their apps.

A useful tracking tool

For the low price £2.99ish a years, this is a useful tracking tool. One favourite feature is when you copy a tracking ID from a supplier, the app t automatically populates the information contained in your clipboard when you add a delivery to the list. Also you can make a note of what is being delivered yourself - luckily as the app isn’t intelligent enough to harvest this information itself. But I can understand that would be quite a task to achieve with privacy laws etc.
The advantage of the product is to have all your deliveries in one place.
Not all delivery companies allow the app to access the information- including the Royal Mail in UK, which is quite a major flaw that you should know before purchasing.
I’m not 100% sure I will renew as I don’t receive lots of parcels but on the day I had 25 different parcels delivered by 4 different couriers it was a very useful tool to check all had arrived in time.
