I arrive, and the leaflet encourages me to get the app. Fine… but the app should then offer me more than the paper I’ve already got.

Eg. Make it easy for the park staff to update - and encourage them to do so - the current children's activities. The paper has a plan for the week… the app lets me pick which day I want to read about… but each day has the same text - just a generic summary. Ie. No new info.

Booking… to book an activity, the app takes me to the website- ok, fine - but don’t then make me reselect the park. I’ve already told the app… it isn’t hard to pass that info to a website.

I realise that park data will be entered by local staff, not app developers… but this needs to be a joined up effort, or it’s pointless. The example above, but also the general park info is flawed… eg ‘click on the Facebook link below’ (No link given), and ‘???????’ Is unhelpful.

Park Holidays should either embrace the app, or dump it.

You choose a password on a full keyboard layout, with special characters available, but to login the keyboard is limited and you can’t choose certain characters, lol…
You have to type the password somewhere else then copy and paste it.
The app isn’t great and has a fair few obvious bugs.
You’re forced to use the app to book activities, but it’s a bit painful.

Arrived at camp and advised that we could not book activities as had to all be done on the app. All have iPhones do could not book activities for the kids. Receptionist was in helpful and referred to entertainment staff and they couldn’t help and said all had to be booked on app only.
