It was Good, but then this Happened...

The app was working perfectly fine but then today I downloaded it back after deleting it and entered my account details but it suddenly popped up with "The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct Format". I don't know what this means because I've entered the correct account details and it was working before...
I'm using an IPhone 6 Plus and it's always worked before so I have no idea why it isn't working suddenly after this update. Please fix this issue.

Glitch and ear phones trouble

The calls usually glitch a lot as well as have an echo but the most annoying issue is that every time I want to use my earphones with the app I have to put it back in for every call, I don’t know if it’s just me. However I do love the concept of the app allowing us to connect with others around us and even miles away, it’s just needs abit more work.
