I just started playing this game and I love it. some people do say that it’s a rip off, it’s not, in fact you can still get the currency in the spinner.
I love the way that you can update your rooms and stuff but there are a phew issues. Most box’s are only opened by a specific currency but I think their should be others ways other than just EC ( the main currency. ) one way I think PIMD could update is for every 1 mil cash could be 1 EC or something, just to make it fair.
I also think there should be like this weekly quiz thing that can have a chance (if you answer correctly) you can win some avatars and EC. I think this might also boost people wanting to play. Other than that I am happy with the game.

horrible atmosphere

i originally said this was a great game overall, but i’ve had more and more negative experiences lately with users and even game moderators that have seriously diminished my experience with this game. the game preys on you financially and basically forces you into paying real money if you want to upgrade your character or dorm. i get that PIMD is a company and it needs to be profitable, but there’s profitable and then there’s just greedy and manipulative. the game also cultivates this horrible mentality of if you have x avatar or your dorm looks x way then you’re not good enough, or you’re a “noob”, even if you’ve been playing for a long time, gotten invested in the game and built up good stats. a moderator told me that i shouldn’t play if the aesthetic was all i cared about. but its not all i care about. its all everyone else cares about. everyone wants to have an individual avatar and a unique dorm. but you either have to dedicate years of play or pay real money to achieve this. you’re forced into a hole and its almost degrading. i was also told to “beg other players for in game currency” to afford a new avatar, like i’m some sort of grovelling charity case. its almost classist in the way its set out. you’re pressured into constantly giving away items you need just to improve and its gross. i’ve lost all want and willingness to play and haven’t touched the game in days at this point.

It’s not a bad game and it definitely has some intriguing aspects but the big problem becomes incredibly obvious soon after you play the game. The fact that you can only increase or better your game experience only with the use of extra credits which you HAVE to buy with real money. Apologies but it’s absolutely ridiculous that even one of the quests when you’re a beginner starts you off with saying you have to buy extra credits with real money to complete it. You can pretty much find that most things in the shop you have to buy with extra credits. You are forced to use your money to enjoy this game and that is simply terrible. I mean allow at least some form of enjoyable gameplay go on without in app purchases.

I really do suggest that you change the game in a way that people who don’t want to spend their own money are able to enjoy it. Make some avatars able to buy with cash, make more items in the shop worth cash, add furniture that you can use for your room not need extra credits but as I’ve already said CASH. It would definitely broaden your audience. It’s just that the game truly seems great but you’re just too limited as someone who does not wish to spend their real money on every aspect of the game. That’s a bit much.

Many of the premium items can even be earned by playing our spinner, which can be done with tokens we provide at regular intervals, or even by watching advertisement videos!
