Great PDF Reader

Functionality is basic but way more reliable than Adobe!
Overall, very impressed.

AVOID - They lost MOST OF my PDF files

AVOID THIS APP - I wish they had a zero stars option. I had the previous version of this app. Then suddenly it didnt work with an IOS update. So this version came along. But most of my previous PDF files have vanished, along with the directory structure I stored them in. There is no recovery mode in the new app - it will not recover files you stored on your device from the out of date app. Avoid this app if your PDF files are valuable to you. You risk losing your stored PDF files.

Hello. To clarify, are you referring to the Premium app? If so, we've retired it since 2016 (https://support.kdanmobile.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020462553). Since Apple won't support 32-bit app starting from iOS 12 and later, that the reason that may cause the issue. Please try to back up your files to PC/Mac and do not remove that app. Also, please contact us at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com. We'd be happy to assist you. Thank you.

Used for years.

I prefer this app to alternatives by far, intuitive, simple to use and the cloud is very handy. I have all my documents in my pocket.

Had an issue which whilst not prompt, was handled really well by their customer service and left me even more impressed.
