Edit: the problem has been fixed and i have regained all my previous game data

I have been playing this game for months. I deleted it before during a time when i had exams so i didn’t get distracted, and when I re-downloaded it I was able to pick up my game where I left off. Today it was glitching (none of the ads were loading for anything so I couldn’t get the reward). I thought it was to do with my wifi but I had the same problem when using my mobile data. So I thought I would delete it and re-download. However, when I downloaded the app again all my progress had been lost (I had over 190 penguins, my coins were up to bb, my hearts were up to m, I had habitats up to danger shore, special penguins from events etc.). I am very disappointed as this was months worth of progress and it was one of my favourite games. There is no way I can find to try and restore my previous game - the user id hasn’t changed so it can’t even be to do with that.

Edit: Now 5🌟. Offline reward is fixed. Just make sure when you stop playing you don’t leave it running in the background as sometimes you can come back and only get hearts. I will be patiently waiting for new content.

I love this game. The music is so relaxing and the art is nice. I’ve got to the point where I have unlocked all penguins and completed all research tasks and progress has really slowed down. Please make new habitats so I can get more penguins and more research tasks! The offline bug still isn’t fixed. When the app is closed for a long time the game launches in offline mode (the shop says there is no connection) and when it comes back online the offline reward box pops up but you get an infinite please wait screen forcing you to close and reopen the game and you lose all the coins and hearts you’ve collected offline which slows progress even more. If this was fixed I would give it 5⭐️

I downloaded this game during a tough time with anxiety and I really found that with the relaxing music and appealing aesthetics that it was a chill game to play. The only downside is the ads, they get weirder by the day, I keep getting ads for rude games and even though I’m adult I think the ads need to be tamed a little as kids may play this. Also my penguins keep disappearing, I’ll max them out one day and then I’ll come back to game and I’m back down to 17 penguins. I do like that you’ve added the information about different types of penguins instead of ads, please do more if that! Also, some of the ads for games I downloaded are misleading, they make it look like a puzzle game for e.g and then it’s completely different so I end up deleting them after 5 mins. Would be nice if you added something extra into game play so that it’s a bit more interactive in between everything else, like sending penguins on missions or teaching them to do tricks or something. All in all it’s a cute game and I’ll keep n playing.
