The only taxi service I use!I use this taxi service regularly, and I have never had a problem with them. All lovely and helpful people.Once, my partner left his phone in the taxi and didn’t realise for some time. When we contacted them, they were so helpful and drove back to our destination just to give us the phone. No hassle at all! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst app ever built

If I could rate this app zero stars I would, happily. The old app worked perfectly. This is beyond just a downgrade, it’s almost impossible to use. And from speaking to the drivers (when I can actually book them) it’s literally ruining their jobs as well. I’m being as polite as I can be when I say this is the worst thing you can ever use and if you download it you will hugely regret it. Here’s why, and why I will be changing to literally any other cab provider in Peterborough other than Peterborough cars after 5 years of regular use;* it suggests Apple Pay as a way to pay, but the button literally does nothing. * it tells me my cab is 8 minutes away when they are 20 metres away from me* they launched it with no warning other than a text message the night before, and the new app forgot every single one of my details (addresses, payment details, etc)* there is no feedback until the very last minute about your trip. So I’m currently standing here waiting for a cab with no update when I booked it over an hour ago* the drivers hate the new cab9 system, it’s slow and taking ages to find faresWorst app I’ve ever seen. Don’t use Peterborough cars. Real shane as they used to be good. But will never use again

Any old jazz
I’ve used the app for years, brilliant. Tried to book just now. The “Request Journey” tab has disappeared from the bottom of the screen on my iPhone, I can’t complete the booking. It appears on my iPad but I’m not carrying that around. Can you look into this?

Best taxi company in peteterborough by far but I have to give the app one star.The app won’t let me register one of my cards for a start. When I come to paying I can not use either of the two cards saved on the app (I have deleted and downloaded again and still nothing), however when I call I can still pay by either one of the cards saved without any hassle. Furthermore the pricing seems to be completely wrong especially when I have booked different vehicles. Once again... Best taxi company in Peterborough but absolute worst app I have ever used for bookings
