Peyk - The instant couriers 4+

Last year, when I visited Vietnam I was absolutely fascinated by the fact that the local ride-sharing app offered the chance to let a parcel do the same type of trip they offered their customers and I was astonished by the fact that the leading apps here in London didn’t offer a similar type of deal, without completely emptying your wallet. Today, someone I care about was having a horrible time at work and I wanted to send them a warm casserole of homemade lasagna so I looked into the options and I’m absolutely the happiest to have found this wonderful app that allowed me to courier it directly to his front door for a reasonable price and have the delivery man helping me making it a surprise for them. I don’t understand why this app isn’t already super famous, probably because they don’t have enough advertising funds as the others, but for me it should already be leading the industry cause it’s just as valid as the big names. Thanks again for making somebody’s day super special.

To be honest i was sceptical at first to use this app but i heard about it from a friend from of mine that has been using it for delivery services and he was very satisfied so i was like why not give it a try. And man....
i can honestly say this could be the next breakthrough in delivery in terms of features and design and most importantly
How easy and fast you can get things done.
a must try, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the idea, but the app and website just don’t work. The app wouldn’t allow me to input my home address, defaulting to my neighbours. I put in the notes to please deliver to the correct address and hit confirm, a spinning circle briefly appeared and nothing happened. I tried multiple times, nothing.
I then spoke to the chat support who told me to try on the website, I managed to put in the correct address there and confirm the order but it couldn’t find a rider, and after 5 minutes cancelled the order. I tried this three times before realising that my card had been charged three times. Support say the money’s just blocked on my card, I hope they’re correct, but this is still quite an inconvenience if so.
For reference, I’m on London, you’d expect of all places they’d be drivers available here.
