Fundamentals are good...

...but can we PLEASE have a way to turn off the auto playing videos? As far as I can tell it is literally impossible to listen to music or a podcast while I’m doing my exercises, which is the only way I have of even remotely enjoying the 30+ minutes I’m supposed to spend on them every day. It’s going to be much harder to keep this up if I know I have to listen to the irritating robot voice every day too.

In which language are you using the app, please? I can assure you that Emma, our UK voice, is not a robot.

We'll release an updated version of the app soon, which will not auto-play the videos (unless you decide to set it as such on the Preferences screen).

Lockdown has been a blessing not a curse -this app has made it easier for me as I find it hard getting out and have memory problems, I used to be given bits of paper with exercise on this app is far better -the videos are very good -I think all age groups would benefit from this app, but the app is not interactive- you can not leave comments for your physio about each exercise or your experience when doing the exercises so the physio can look at in their own time. And you can’t change an exercises for more appropriate one ie lunges for quadriceps i can’t do this as I have a ruptured ligament andSubsequently sublaxing tendon -leg raises activate quadriceps. If this app was interactive I would give it 5 stars.

Also I think the app/physios/people using the app would greatly benefit from a body scanner to locate and pin point unbalance of muscles/weak points in the body/points that need working on. Also regarding to body weight - before I ruptured a ligament in my ankle I was 11 of muscle and a size 27 yet I still needed physio for various parts that can only be seen with the eye. Please consider a body scanner. This would make your app the best. If body scanners are available on clothing websites they should be available on exercise/physio apps. Also being able to highlight pain points to indicate to your physio would greatly help the exercise plan.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Please note that this app is designed in such a way that exercises are prescribed by a trained professional. It's unwise to change your assignments without contacting them first. We also provide ability to gather feedback during exercises, please ask your Physio to check "track adherence" in your training program, this way you will be able to provide feedback using form or custom comments to each exercise.

The messages screen doesn’t show me messages

I can’t read messages in the app. I can send them but the messages screen is blank. On the website I can see the messages. Secondly, the preview screenshots here in App Store show screens that don’t exist in the app. There is no video call feature and the feedback and results screens are more basic than shown in the designs. The program and results sections are ok. You can look at the exercises in your program, watch the example video, see a notes left by the physio, record how many reps and sets you did and write a text of how it went. One last issue was that it was hard to get my program setup. I don’t know exactly why but the first link I was sent by the physio didn’t work and in the end they had to start again with a new account/profile which meant it was a week before I could see the video and exercises I had been set. All in all, this app needs lots of improvements to bring it inline with how it’s meant to work.
