Most comprehensive, fun and well rounded way to learn Piano
Lisa is such a great teacher with a fabulous energy and the way they've set up the method to teach you how to play the piano, learning chords and to read sheet music is so ingenious and natural that it's easy for anyone to start learning! 🎹 🎼 💃 Especially with the ability to take it at your own pace and to get help from teachers and students whenever you need it. I'm just over 2 months into my pianote journey and I can already play & do so much more than I ever thought I'd be capable of. Well worth the investment!! 💯
Very good app but watch out for major subscription bug.
I like this app a lot. However it loses a star in my rating due to an unacceptable bug. I actually signed up to Pianote via the app (big mistake) instead of through the Pianote web site directly. I got 7 days free access before my subscription start date. Access was fine until the start date when the app told me my subscription had expired and would no longer allow access. To rub salt into wound the same day I was denied access I received an invoice from Apple confirming my payment and subscription details. I hadn’t realised that when you sign up with the Pianote app your payment and subscription is actually handled by Apple, not Pianote themselves. I contacted both Pianote and Apple for help. Pianote were brilliant and got back promptly and sorted my issue. Apple took over 3 days to respond by which time I had resolved the issue. Basically I had to delete and re-install the app and click restore subscription to get my access back. This cost me 4 days of lost access which just about wiped out the free access amount. Takeaway from this is sign up with Pianote website first then access them via the app or direct through their site. You’ll get better support that way. Happy piano playing!
THE Best Way to Learn Piano
This is by far the best piano learning experience on the web. I used to access through a webpage. Now the best learning system ever just got even better by this easy to navigate app. I cannot recommend this system or app enough. Learning is made fun, and you are encouraged to experiment, letting your own piano playing flair blossom.
