I love brewing your beer this way and is a great tasting beer which is very much worth the wait through the brewing and conditioning process, I find it far superior than tinned beers and have stopped buying them now. I have also been making bread from the trub and that is improving with each subsequent loaf. So on the whole, I am very pleased 😊The App is great when it is working, it took many attempts to register in the beginning but has now chucked me out for the third time and then it only gives you an option to create an account. I have put all my details on this screen but it then says “an account already exists with these details”This is so frustrating! Also when I saw the latest app update telling me that it is fixing login problems and I am still unable to log in. Why isn’t there a login or register option? I use the website and have been able to gain access to the app through there but not an easy way by any means. Best regards Gareth.

I have updated my review, having heard back from Pinter and they have re-opened my case. There is an issue with phone numbers, that if you previously register on the website you need to leave the number blank when registering in the App. They came back to me on New Years Eve with clear instructions which works. Old Review - App just hangs during registration, raised a ticket which the company just closed and marked as complete, what a waste of money.

The Pinter app pictorial instructions are very good, very clear and extremely easy to follow, However once you’ve started a brew the calendar opens up on the first day of conditioning rather than the current day of the month, which would make it easier to track.And, like many others have said you need a Pinter app log in that is separate from the main website…this makes no sense!

Theres no control to go back in the timeline once you have progressed to a new stage. Was looking at tapping instructions and now it has me stuck there - I’m still actually in the conditioning stage but can’t take the instructions back to where I am, now just stuck in the tapping phase… Also, I set up notifications but they don’t happen so I brewed for a day longer than I should because I forgot. And forget trying to uncover the cold crashing instructions once the App thinks you’re passed that date, no idea if I add hops before or after had to use ChatGPT. I suggest using AI for the instructions instead and use your phone calendar for reminders. Useless.
