If you’re thinking about using this app then don’t bother. It’s really unreliable, I had multiple issues with it when using it over the space of 6-12months. The tech support is about as much use as a chocolate teapot, the final issue was the app randomly logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in, 1 week without a work phone and tech supports advice was “try turning it off and back on again”

I’ve been a customer for over a year now and I’m really pleased with my choice! I use my work mobile with PiPCall to allow me to keep and use my personal number and it works perfectly for what I need.

Pricing seems fair and works out cheaper than a sim only deal, plus saves the cost of another phone.

The app has improved a lot and is now very useable, with good texting functionality. Call quality is not quite as good as the main phone, but is perfectly acceptable.

Support is great and I’ve never have to wait long for a response.

Highly recommended!

Appalling product, constant problem with calls and diverts! Support are very very slow to get anything done and can take days on end for them to find the problem let alone fix it and they keep constantly asking for information back and forth which no other phone company ask for. I would use a more reputable company for phone services!
