PixSell 3 4+

As a company we have successfully used PixSell as a sales aid for many years. Recently, we approached Aspin, asking if the app could be amended and tailored for a slightly different function. Throughout the entire process, Aspin were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs. The key to its success is the simplicity of its use and functionality, along with a superb back office team who go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. We now have a fully informed and connected nationwide team with access to all relevant information in the palm of their hands which keeps the customer informed of all parts of the order journey from placement to delivery. Another exciting addition is the ability to record and feed back customer data and capture images in real time, which is a godsend for us and removes the complexity of Excel spreadsheets! When I heard about the iPad being launched, I immediately thought ‘finally, an effective way of replacing catalogues and sales presenters. The fact that Aspin developed just this and combined it with an order pad, stock report and price list just blew me away. After a little persuasion, my sales director approved the relatively small investment and the Techies linked it to our system. Since then we never looked back. Even the most sceptical Luddite in my sales team was in love with it too after a few hours training and a day in front of customers.
It really came in to its own in lock down when the demand was massive and stocks low. We were able to switch sell products to maximise orders and deliveries for customers. Thank you, you have made selling so much easier over the last 10 years since we introduced PixSell.

I have been using PixSell on the iPad for many years and can hardly remember not having it in my arsenal. It is so much easier than carrying around a heavy presenter and files of extra information, as it is all there to hand in a really easy to use format. Being able to send photoquotes and excel information before you leave an appointment just makes the selling process so much more professional. The regular updates and improvements from customer feedback ensures that the system is as up to date as it can possibly be, but when new ideas or better functions are highlighted, they are implemented very quickly.
The support team are extremely helpful, and patient, and the regular seminars, drop in updates and tutorials are invaluable.
