PiXX - Paint By Number Game 9+

Great game

It’s a good game, I’ve even subscribed for the single player. My only complaint is that sometimes the numbers inside an object are the exact same and touching the numbers on the outside so when I’m using the fill tool it colours a massive circle of the background. I understand this is down to the actual pixel art creators themselves but it spoils my picture meaning I end up closing the game.

I think it could be solved by either having the creators make clear defining lines where the same numbers inside and outside an object aren’t touching at all or by adding an eraser tool to at least the single player mode as me erasing my own work can’t possibly annoy anyone else.

As a paying member I think all pixel art should be made available to those who pay the monthly subscription fee. We shouldn’t have to wait for the community to finish some awful pictures no one cares about in the hopes that you might add a decent picture after it in that slot. Some pictures the background feels like it’s 90% of the pixels and it’s all one or two colours.

Also when I have completed a picture in single player I should have an option to restart that same picture not just to look at it. I don’t mind paying the £4 a month (bit dear, it should be a one off payment to buy a full version) please sort this out because I may not renew my subscription when it runs out in a few week.

Great app but...

This is such a great app which in the beginning was some what “addictive” however, the images in which you colour are repetitive since they’re all the same, there needs to be new images to colour.
Also, the app seems quite “laggy” at times, I’ve had to close the app completely and restart it to stop it lagging.
Ad’s tend to get in the way so when you’re colouring, you accidentally click on the ad instead of getting the box you needed to colour.

Other than that, the app is fantastic and I’m chuffed that it’s free (unless you want single player)😀

Thanks for the review. Just released a version that improve ad placement as well as a timer indicator for popup ads. Glad that you like the free version and it has enough content to keep you entertained. We will be adding some more free images in the coming weeks when we can source them from new Pixel Artists.

Good game, but ads get in the way.

This is a really fun game, but the new update has added banner ads that appear while colouring. I appreciate that this is a free app, so you need to gain money somehow, but the banner ads that appear while colouring a picture can prevent me from colouring some of the boxes, which stops me from finishing the picture that I am colouring. Please consider other places for where ads can go that doesn’t effect gameplay. Thank you for reading!
