The creator contains five labs, each with a specific focus. Choose which of them you want to use for any given scenario:
● Core lab: Edit core scenario information, write background narratives, set win conditions, edit translations and more
● Disease lab: Develop a bespoke plague with unique stats and fully customised symptoms, abilities and transmissions.
● World lab: Control country attributes, such as population, climate, health care budgets, and air routes.
● Government lab: Dictate actions taken by governments in response to your disease. Modify existing actions or create entirely new ones.
● Events lab (advanced users): Create game-changing events and narrative pop ups for your scenario using powerful scripting tools.

Love it but.....
Plague inc scenario creator is a great game, I love it, some changes needed though...
1. When saving a scenario and a beginner...(I’m not a beginner but I did this anyway😭😭😂) if you have already made or will make one scenario that took you or will take you ages and effort to make do NOT do this: Press save as and click the previous scenario you have made and click save. I did this and It made this amazing scenario (My opinion) this took me days, worse, it took me half of my holiday in Rome to make. I was on my flight home, stupidly I made this very undeveloped scenario and did this. I literally cried!! 😭😭 I wish you could have this come up before you save it over a current scenario:
ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO ERASE ALL DATA ON THE SCENARIO CURRENTLY SELECTED? And the worst thing is, there was no way to undo what I had done!!! I obviously did not look at what I was doing but please add that !!!!!
2. I’m not sure about wether it only happens to me but... Whenever I test my scenarios and I have made custom events within my scenario, they never seem to load. This is probably something that only happens to me, if not please fix it developerssss! Unless it is only when you test it I don’t know I’ve never played any of my own scenarios without test mode.
I am completely fine with everything else, but this is an incredible app, you just need patience. Thanks guys, Developers if you read this please make sure to add these options xxx
Great App but it misses a feature which would allow even more customisation
This app is very useful and easy to use and I have already made a few Scenarios and I am very happy with the app in general. However I believe that it misses a key function.
In the official scenario "Fake News" you can see that "Dead" is replaced by "Decieved", "Healthy" is replaced with "Informed" and "Cure" is replaced with "Fact Checking". In my opinion bringing the feature to be able to change these in our custom scenarios would make them make more sense in scenarios where they wouldn't be "Infected", "Dead" or "Healthy".
Adding this feature to the app would allow certain Scenarios to make more sense visually.
Absolutely amazing
I’ve been playing this for a while now and it’s amazing! I would give It 5 stars but I Have 1 issue.
Every time I load a previous scenario it will not have something saved. This can be something very small or very big. I’ve tried everything and can’t fix it but other than that it’s great
