Thank you for your interest in the PRC Streamline Taxis iPhone App. We are a 24 hour taxi and private hire company based in Bournemouth and Poole with over 80 vehicles including 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 seaters. We cover short and long distances and also provide airport transfers.
This App allows you to book a taxi from PRC Streamline Taxis. You can:
* make a booking
* check its status
* cancel a booking
* track the vehicle on a map
* manage your previous bookings
The App is intended for U.K. use only, and therefore all addresses are restricted to within the U.K.

App won’t let me pay by card very annoying considering paying by cash is more
Few issues, but good customer support
Have used a couple of times with no issues.
However my last booking I had an issue with the app and ended up booking two taxis for the same trip. Didn’t realise until a few days later when I noticed I had been charged twice.
However, streamline were very helpful in resolving this and even though it was probably my error, they refunded me.
Useless
Upgrade has rendered this app useless. As a single woman I always felt I could rely on PRC to get me home safely. The drivers have always been amazing.
Am now left not knowing if the booking is accepted or not. Wouldn’t be so bad if the operator could provide an update or override a failed app booking. Instead, am left feeling like a nuisance caller rather than a valued customer. If this is the best Poole can offer, bring on UBER. Maybe some competition will improve the service standard.
The operator does a disservice to every driver who works hard and pays through the nose for the “privilege” of taking orders from a subjective, misogynistic, unprofessional operation.
