Great app, great company
This is definitely the best way to book a taxi. Just click on the map,You can see the price, you pay in advance with Apple Pay or whatever, and then when it comes to your ride you can see the taxi on its way on the map, just like Uber. Worked really smoothly. I’m going to use this every time from now on
Good company but app times not always accurate.
Great company overall….but the app’ often says cars are available in a few minutes in your area..until you actually try to book it. Then ‘no drivers available’, you try to pre-book for an hours time and it’s the same. I know most companies are short staffed at the moment, but a honest estimation is better that misleading information. Hopefully it can improve then 5/5
Amazing service
I have to get a lot of taxi to go back home from work and vice versa and the taxis are always on time, you can book anytime and every time I have I have always been satisfied. The drivers are very nice and polite. You can also call the customer service number and the operator is always available and solves your problem immediately. Amazing service, amazing people! Thank you!
