Easy & Simple App for Booking

This is simple, easy and quick to use. I constantly use this every time to book, instead of using the website browser option. I do absolutely recommend this to just about anyone.

~ I am a Disabled Person and Full-Time (active) Wheelchair User, which *usually* makes staying at hotels annoying, uncomfortable or frustrating. Or impossible. But Premier Inn offers Actually Accessible Rooms, that are quite easily navigated & used. The app (currently) is also easily navigated and used, making a good combination to making an easy, comfortable stay.

~ The fact that with Premier Inn App you can Select an Accessible Room AND SPECIFY whether you would like a *Wet Room or Lowered Bath* Bathroom, makes this app, their way of booking, and Premier Inn itself the best way for *Me* to go (personally).

A joy to book

As a visually impaired person using Voiceover I’ve found this app has improved significantly in recent times, it being almost impossible to use at one time. I’d give it 5 stars if you’d just insert headings between the months in the calendar to aid navigation. Apart from that it’s now a breeze. Well done. Update Jun 2021: After writing my original review I got a response saying the headings in the calendar would be added in an update in the near future - I’m still waiting. Now the buttons to select the meal options don’t speak in VoiceOver. Come on - get this fixed now!
Update August 2022: I’ve downgraded this to 3 stars now because 2 years on the promised addition of headings in the calendar haven’t happened. Furthermore last year I encountered another voiceover issue in that I can’t access the button to add an additional room and so I had to make two bookings. I sent a feedback email about this and the lack of headings and got no reply. Today I’ve booked again and had to make two bookings again to book two rooms. Is this the way you want to treat disabled customers? Please get these issues fixed ASAP.

First Stay in This Hotel

From booking through to arrival, breakfast and departure, it was easy with no problems. On arrival we were greeted at reception with a smooth and professional process including full security checks to confirm it was our booking. The room met our expectations and that the sofa bed had been made up ready for us. We opted for the full breakfast and the variety of food available was exactly as advertised and the dining room arrangements and staff were also up to our expectations and cannot be faulted. We have now booked for next week and will book for the two weeks after that as we are visiting family and would not look to try elsewhere. Well done to all the staff who made our stay 5*.
