Good App but keeps resetting
This app is easy to use with everything you want to know about Premiership Rugby, European Champions Cup etc. Also good for monitoring live scores. However, since the last update it keeps on resetting. If I am looking at future matches in the schedule it keeps on resetting me back to the current fixture list. This is annoying as it’s very difficult to look at future fixtures. Obviously a bug. Tried to leave this as direct feedback to the developer but if you click the link in the store you get page not found. Poor IT support and testing
App ok but PRTV is dreadful !
The app is fine for getting results and looking at the tables and the match stats aren't too bad. But as for the Premiership Rugby TV, what can I say - it's utterly dreadful ! Having paid £4.99 to watch the Bristol V Harlequins game, I discovered that I could only watch it on an iPad (they are not adding the facility to watch it on a desktop computer until later in March). Also, I could only get a very small screen image on my older iPad, so had to use my newer (work issued) iPad. The commentary was abysmal – that guy Cox continually got the Quins player's names wrong and right near the end of the game when there were some crucial phases of play, the camera was focusing on a Bristol teddy bear mascot and seagulls flying round in the stands, which is absolutely ridiculous ! In future, rather than watching the awful PRTV, I shall just wait to watch the BT Sport highlights show !
This App
Is very poor in its performance when casting to a large screen TV. You can play a single highlight game which freezes a few seconds before the end of the game finishes and then the app doesn’t respond to anything at all!
The only way you can move on to another game/episode is by turning the TV off, closing the App and selecting a new game having turned the TV back on and reselected the Cast function again!
Compared to the BT Sports App, where you can view all of the game highlights one after another, seamlessly, this app is abysmal.
I hope the developers can take on board from the BT app developers how to do it properly from a user perspective
