• 30 presets: umeboshi, umeshu (plum liqueur), miso, nukadoko (rice-bran pickling bed), fruit liqueurs, dried persimmons, shio-koji, plus year-round items like pickles, sauerkraut, coffee liqueur and frozen-fruit syrup — every duration and step can be adjusted to match your own recipe
• Multi-stage estimates on the ring: earliest, recommended, and peak aging
• The presets know each step — turning the miso, sun-drying the plums, removing citrus peel, shaking the syrup jar — and remind you on the right day
• "Use-by" reminders for quick pickles, so you enjoy them at their best
• Home Screen widget shows days remaining at a glance
• Earn an aging certificate when a batch is done — share it or attach it to a gift

The Preserve Storehouse (one-time purchase) is now complete:

You can now also reopen and share the aging certificate anytime from a finished batch (free). Fixed untranslated Japanese text on the English certificate.
