Update 1.2.0 brings additional improvements over the latest release, such as: -An upgrade to the AI model providing the Daily Message -UX improvements (bug fixes) And the following from recent updates: -Improvements such as a visual country selector for diet preferences -Various UI improvements, such as being able to change "Goals and "About Me" straight from the dashboard by tapping current goal tile -Coach's Daily Briefing - a daily motivational message from the Coach which factors in current progress and last 7 days' worth of notes - it's short and punchy, designed to motivate -"Progress Photos" tile now on the dashboard to get a side-by-side comparison of progress, replacing latest check-in photo -More targeted goals added, with AI-awareness of these goals -New training plans for the added goals -Tooltips are now optional and can be turned off in settings -Diets now give users the option to adjust plans based on country (pre-set or manually entered)

The progress page has been revamped and users can now select date ranges.

Animation and haptic feedback improvements in chat function plus other general improvements.

Daily notes have been added! Keep detailed logs of nutrition and training as well as in general - use Primeform as your diary even. The Coach can also see your logs going back 7 days, which helps with check-ins. These logs go as far back as you’ve been a member of Primeform and can be accessed even after cancelling your subscription. Also, users can now upload images and send them to Coach in the Chat function. For example you might want Coach to estimate the number of calories in a meal or analyse a picture outside of the check-in window.

Smoother confetti animation on first check-in and diet creation, general improvements.

New colours! Feedback is a lot more comprehensive and diets are now displayed in markdown, which is much easier on the eye and a lot easier to follow. The dashboard will load on app resume only after the app has been minimised for 5 minutes as users were complaining that they had to keep reloading diets while trying to follow the serving instructions etc. General bug fixes and other improvements.

I have changed the theme colours as I have partnered with a coach to officially launch the app and I have made slight UI tweaks. New screenshots have been uploaded to reflect the changes.
