Great little app to bring all the house searches together in one spot alongside a stamp duty and mortgage calculator. Nice to be able to search the big property sites form one space, save what I’m looking at and avoid having a million tabs open.

Pros: The app looks modern, user friendly and has seamless integration with 3rd party property search apps.Cons: It feels like the app was made by someone who hasn’t searched for a property in years. Market research seems to be lacking on what a buyer would want in an app like this. The app claims to allow you to track what you like about the property, yet there is no customisation options or any detail on particular features e.g I can say Modern Boiler but I cannot say when it was last serviced, is it combi or immersion etc. Also, say you have ticked some features you liked about a property, there is no score generated or shown any where to remind you of your favourite property. I want to generate data points to help inform my decision, not just some tick boxes that i can only see once I go looking for them. The app is promising but does not do enough to help inform decisions, it just helps to keep properties in one place.
