Issues list
- The remote control has a ’Max’ button, but the application does not. Please add this feature.
- Cannot upgrade firmware. App says it needs to be in charging mode to upgrade, even when already in charging mode.
- Schedule only allows for a start time, not an end time. This means you can’t schedule cleaning for example just 30 mins per morning. Instead you have to wait for the battery to run out.
- Schedule only allows one entry per day.
- Schedule does not allow for preset cleaning modes. I’d like to be able to schedule ‘edge’ mode or ‘max’ to happen regularly but every schedule entry is ‘auto’ mode.
- The app uses terrible English. For example ‘navigate robot’ actually means ‘find my robot’. ‘Clean reservation’ means ‘cleaning schedule’.
- The app always shows 0 square meters have been cleaned.
- I occasionally open the app to find the vacuum is not present in the app, and I have to re-add it again. When doing this, I have to go through the annoying process of sending the vacuum my WiFi details, but that step isn’t needed because my vacuum is already on my WiFi! Please change the app to look for an existing device already on WiFi.
- Version history in App Store is too vague. ‘Fixed bugs’ isn’t helpful. Developer needs to share details of what is fixed, so users can react accordingly (for example, users may wish to start using previously problematic features again).
Easy to use
App works like a remote control, so convenient! Had no problems connecting, there’s loads of options like voice control and setting a cleaning schedule.
