Clients can access their workouts, log their sessions, track habits and progress, complete check-ins, review coaching resources, and stay accountable between sessions. For our in-person clients, the app supports their gym sessions and helps them stay on track outside of the studio. For our online clients, it provides the structure, guidance, and accountability needed to follow their plan remotely. *App access requires a paid coaching plan.
