I found myself again through REFORMED
After trying many fitness apps out there I can’t believe the value in the REFORMED platform! I used to have separate apps (and paid subscriptions) for so many things, one for mindfulness/affirmations another to track my nutrition and then another one for workouts paying in excess of £80 combined then I found Sophie who has everything under one roof plus mindset content that I’ve never experienced before. All I know is my life has changed for the better since starting my REFORMED journey - thank you Sophie!!

Fantastic app with so much brilliant content from healthy recipes, mindset video and workouts. The workouts are so varied. I have been using Reformed since it launched around 18 months ago and I haven’t looked back.
