REISS 4+

I’ve been using the app since it became available to download.

I shop at reiss a lot and have found it so easy to use the app and prefer it to shopping online.

Literally my favourite shop at the touch of a button.

I love Reiss but this app is so bad it reflects very poorly on their brand.

The app lacks even the most basic functionality. For example, if you filter by size, it still shows items that are not available in that size (which seems to be pretty much everything), and there’s no way to filter out out-of-stock items. As a customer you have to work really hard to find anything to buy, which surely can’t be right.

The whole Reiss customer experience for buying online and collecting from store seems to have changed recently - and has been a massive step backwards. Even the website seems to have a lost a lot of the basic functionality it once had.

I am honestly shocked by how terrible my online experience has been. It’s completely different from their in store experience. Reiss has obviously cheaped out big time and opted for a cheap delivery service. This is the second time I have ordered from Reiss and the first time my order was sent back because and the second time the courier never delivered my package yet proceeded to mark it as delivered with a “proof of delivery” photo that is zoomed in and no background is visible. So essentially I’m out over £300 with no items. I reached out to Reiss and they suggested I reached out to the courier service which has not called me back. So as the customer I have to deal with the nightmare of figuring out their incompetent logistics. NEVER AGAIN!
