Great app
Love the app very user friendly and had an issue with an item and the response was amazing from customer services cannot fault the service was received
Card payment
Seems to be a glitch when paying with Visa card if you choose for your card details not to be saved. When I did this the page froze on the 3D authentication page. After a few attempts I reluctantly ticked the ‘save card details’ and the payment went through. Coincidence? I don’t know. Not cool if it’s deliberate.
Matching items needed
The site is good except when there are eg matching shirt and trousers or suits and the coordinated piece is not linked , so I have to re search for it be matching item \ or a piece that can’t usually be found ! Very frustrating and Warehouse you are losing money this way !
