SilkFred: beautiful, long lasting clothes with style

Since SilkFred made their returns free postage I have been increasingly buying clothes from the site and the service has been fantastic! Unfortunately for my bank account I have returned very little and kept almost everything I’ve ordered! The items are very unique and people always comment on them, from oversized jumpers to slick jumpsuits and evening wear. My new black chunky boots have gone down a storm and they are so comfy! With lockdown I’ve ordered a lot of loungewear that has been great to wear and washes well. The returns can take up to two weeks to be refunded but once I knew that I was comfortable waiting. Overall a great service that has kept me feeling fashionable at home as well as in the supermarket (about the only place to visit for the last month!). I look forward to the next season (but not yet as I haven’t finished buying for winter yet, hee hee) xx

Silk Fred app. My own review

I hesitated as a new customer I wasn’t sure but I fell in love with a summer outfit .. and more. Well I find the website really hard to work as soon as you have looked at an item out it in basket. It sends you straight back to the beginning home page so you lose sight of what your trying to look at. Plus I found that looking on a mobile phone app the clothing is so small you have to take a photo and open it out yourself. To get a better view .The items only took a few days well wrapped. And the material. Is 10/10 ..no worries to purchase again … I found the codes non worked which in these times uk bases it’s hard to treat ourselves. Without a guilty conscience so a little insensitive would t go a miss .. I would like a better app so I could purchase. A
Whole outfit instead of back and forth it’s hard work and I ran out of time so didn’t purchase my second basket. Fingers cross crossed website will sort these little issues out.
